Kundalini yoga uses kriyas (sets of vibrating yoga postures), mudras (hand postures that balance various elements of the body and spirit), mantra (the chanting of sacred sound), and pranayam (breath work to strengthen our nervous systems, glandular systems, and to balance the chemistry of our blood.

Naam Yoga

Naam yoga fuses together two ancient forms of spiritual study: Kundalini yoga and Universal Kabbalah. Naam combines the format of Kundalini yoga while building from the philosophical foundations of the Kabbalah to help us understand the universal laws we’re utilizing to achieve an elevated state of health and mental consciousness.
